The first step toward the path of success and professional happiness is self-knowledge, to know the full potential of our essence. Accompanies the coachee in the knowledge of himself, of his I real, its powers and its values is imperative to reach its "essence" and leave it turns in the best of his career and personal life.

level of the potential of the human being, by addressing its essence, its uniqueness, breaking the boundaries of the ego to re - create us generating wisdom through the expansion of both the environment and the environment consciousness. This is the definition of Cris Bolivar, that this article seeks to achieve the objective of this "generative transformation" which refers to essential coaching, i.e., that the person learns to transform themselves to grow in all areas of his life.

In this case, not enough intervention coaching where to change behaviors and develop skills, requires one level of depth a level of intervention in coaching that deals with the essence, oneness, the soul or following the designation that makes the publication "Coaching Magazine": Coaching with soul, although, in this case, rather might say, Coaching the soula training where the pragmatic and the spiritual melt to generate a different transformation and learning level.

WHAT IS THE ESSENTIAL COACHING?
He is coaching that develops the deepest level of the potential of the human being, by addressing its essence, its uniqueness, breaking the boundaries of the ego to re - create us generating wisdom through the expansion of both the environment and the environment consciousness.
It aims generative transformation, i.e., that the person learns to transform itself to grow "re-creando" from the use of their potential so that you can get meta-resultados from the meta-conciencia not skewed by limiting vision of the ego.

ÚLTIMO PÁRRAFO: El Coaching Esencial tiene como objetivo la transformación generativa, es decir, que la persona aprenda a transformarse para crecer "re-creándose” a partir de la utilización de su potencial de forma que pueda conseguir meta-resultados desde la meta-conciencia no sesgada por la visión limitante del ego.
